If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us. We're happy to return any item that hasn't been used within 30 days.
As leather is used and ages, marks are left from the oils on your skin will start to appear on it. As long as you haven't used it. There won't be any marks.
Used items aren't able to be returned because we're not able to resell it to other customers, that would be gross.
