Limited Lifetime Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy ("Warranty") governs the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage provided by Amopelle Co. ("Amopelle Co.") for its products. By purchasing and using Amopelle Co. products, you agree to adhere to the terms of this Warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage:

Amopelle Co. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, or any unauthorized modifications to the product.

2. Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to:
  • Accidental damage
  • Scratches, cuts, or punctures
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals
• Normal wear and tear, including:
  • Natural variations in leather or materials
  • Fading/darkening of colors over time
• Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers

3. Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Amopelle Co.'s Warranty Department at company@amopelleco.com
b. Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.
c. Describe the nature of the defect and include clear photographs of the issue.
d. Amopelle Co. will evaluate the claim and, if approved, may offer a replacement or repair, at its discretion.

4. Warranty Discretion:

Amopelle Co. reserves the right to make discretionary decisions regarding warranty claims, especially in cases of suspected abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Transferability:

This Warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser (or giftee) of the product, as long as they have all the correct required information outlined in section 3.

6. Disclaimer:

This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Amopelle Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
